I thought I had photographed at all of the best wedding venues in the area!?  Nope, I just added another one to the list.  The Rust Manor House in Leesburg, VA is a fantastic spot for a wedding.   Amy and Ryan were married there this summer and I was lucky enough to be the photographer.  The Rust Manor House is a classic Virginia mansion, with gorgeous, manicured grounds.    The couple did not remove the smiles from their faces all day, but I would say the highlight might have been the buried bottle of whiskey.  An old tradition dictates that you bury a bottle in the morning on the grounds where you will be wed.  Later that evening Ryan lead a search party with shovels and flashlights to find the bottle.  After digging it up the bridal party took turns drinking from the bottle, mud and all.  Great tradition.  Great wedding.
